Toyama Park was originally a large Daimyo Garden featuring one of the largest ponds in all of traditional Japan. Over the last 200 years the pond has slowly dried up and is now completely non-existent.
Toyama Park is accessible using the JR Yamanote Line traveling to Takadanobaba Station as well as the Shin-okubo Station. Once you have reached either station it is a 15 minute walk to Toyama Park.
