Aoi Heya is a popular live house and chanson bar located in Shibuya, Tokyo. Aoi Heya is owned by te famous Japanese author and Singer/Songwriter Togawa Masako. The club is considered one of the most popular underground clubs in Tokyo for chanson, burlesque dancing, cabaret, and related performances. Aoi Heya frequently hosts all night events or parties featuring Japan's top burlesque dancers including award winning groups like Murasaki Babydoll and Buricama. Aoi Heya is used as a bar and to host dance shows or avant-garde live theater, but the stage and layout also makes it possible for live bands to perform on some occasions.

Aoi Heya started as a coffee shop in 1967 owned by Togawa Masako’s sister. Eventually the coffee shop became a bar, until it was ultimately converted by Masako into a club and live room in December of 2000.
