'''Tokyo Attractions''' include some of the best known landmarks and tourist stops in Japan. Ranging from the large number of popular shopping destinations to the array of historical and cultural hotspots located in Tokyo’s Greater Metropolitan Area, there are countless things to see for nearly every visitor.

==Ginza==

Located in Ginza are many of the top shopping areas in Tokyo as well as many top brand stores. Additionally, visitors will find the Kabukiza Theater and the Shinbashi Enbujo, with multiple different traditional Japanese performing arts.

==Akihabara==

Located in Akihabara is what is commonly known as Electric Town, a massive collection of electronics shops that makes it the largest in the world, drawing visitors from nearly every major country. Stores such as LAOX and AKKY International are top destinations here.

==Shinjuku ==

In Shinjuku is located the bulk of Tokyo’s thriving business district as well as Tokyo City Hall. A large number of high rises are located in Nishi-Shinjuku and in Kabukicho, the largest amusement square in Japan can be found. Restaurants and a number of reasonably priced shops round out the Shinjuku experience.

==Asakusa==

In Asakusa, the most popular location here is the road leading to Sensoji Temple from the Kaminarimon Gate where many shops sell traditional Japanese wares. The nostalgic, old town feel of Asakusa harkens back to when Tokyo was still Edo.

==Roppongi ==

Among Tokyo’s more trendy regions, Roppongi is essentially a city within a city, home to massive shopping centers, cutting edge living complexes like Roppongi Hills and a number of major international embassies.

==Odaiba==

Located in [[Tokyo Bay]], this waterfront and island area sits on a man-made island and one of the original military batteries from the later 18th and early 19th centuries. A hot spring, TV stations, shopping malls, Palette Town, and Decks Tokyo Beach are all located here.
