The hotel was the location of the annual [[Art@Agnes Art Fair]] from [[2005]] to [[2009]]. Focusing on Japanese contemporary art and galleries, it was the first art fair in Japan to be held in a hotel.

The Agnes Hotel and Apartments are a five-minute walk from the JR and Tokyo Metro [[Iidabashi Station]]. Iidabashi Station is eleven minutes by train from [[Shinjuku Station]].

The hotel consists of 300 rooms in two categories - Hotel type and Apartment type.

Hotel type rooms are geared toward international business travelers, and are divided into four categories - standard double, deluxe double, twin, and suite.

Apartment type rooms are meant for those seeking a more residential feeling, and as such feature a kitchenette with basic utensils and clothes washer/dryer. Apartment type rooms are divided into four categories - studio double, superior, suite, and royal suite.

===Facilities===
All guest rooms are equipped with high-speed internet access, cable TV, microwave, refrigerator, bidet, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, Jacuzzi bathtub, shower booth, and in-room safe. English-speaking staff available.

There are three restaurants on premises - K's Dining, K's Bar, and the Lounge.
