The restaurant is co-owned by [[Marc Delacourcelle]], who runs the original of Le Pre Verre in Paris, France with his brother Philippe. Marc is also the head sommelier, and stocks the restaurant with wines that are organic and from smaller vinters. The atmosphere is meant to be friendly and casual, with good food at fair prices.&lt;br /&gt;

Le Pre Verre's fourth-floor location affords diners a lovely view of the Omotesando area, especially at night.&lt;br /&gt;
