Eishinkan is a five-minute walk from [[Yotsuya Station]], which is on the JR [[Chuo Line]] or [[Sobu Line]]. These lines go toward [[Tokyo Station]] in one direction and [[Shinjuku Station]] at the other, so the ryokan is located somewhat between these two places.

Free breakfast is served every day except Sundays and holidays. Property features a restaurant, bar, coin-operated laundry machines, wake-up call, and express package delivery.

Room amenities include television, telephone, tea making facilities, desk lamp, yukata, slippers, and toiletries (body soap, shampoo & conditioner, toothbrush, etc.). Some rooms have a refrigerator. Hair dryer is available on loan.
