Hotel Ascent Shinjuku is located in [[Nishi-Shinjuku]] (west Shinjuku), an area dominated by businesses and business hotels. It is five minute walk from [[Nishi-Shinjuku Station]] on the [[Marunouchi Line]], a fifteen minute walk from South Exit of [[Shinjuku Station]], 10 min. walk from Tocho-mae Sta. on the Toei Oedo Subway Line.

The hotel is a small (63 room) business and budget hotel with a very convenient location in Shinjuku's business district. It is about a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the entertainment and dining district of [[Kabukicho]].
