Tetsuji Yasukawa (安川哲二) is the main chef for the Tokyo Szechwan restaurant Ryu no Ko. He attended cooking school in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. In Tokyo, he worked under the "father of the Chinese Sichuan cooking [in Japan]" Chen Kenmin.
