Ota-ku (大田区) is one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Japan.

It is the largest land area of all the special wards. Ota-ku is a residential area, with many parks and leisure areas. The Tama River runs through it. Tokyo International Airport, also known as Haneda Airport, lies in Ota-ku. It is the main domestic airport in Tokyo.
