Katsushika-ku (葛飾区) is one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Japan.
It has known in Japanese pop culture as the setting of Otoko wa Tsurai yo (男はつらいよ) film series. It is also the setting for Kochikame (こち亀), the world's longest running manga series.
