Chuo-ku (中央区) is one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Japan.

The "chu" in its name (中) refers to its location in the "center" of the old wards of Tokyo, including Chiyoda, Koto, Minato, Sumida, and Taito.

More than half of Chuo-ku's total land area is land reclaimed during the Edo period.
