Takeshi Masada (政田武史) is a Japanese artist born in Osaka in 1977. He has gained attention for his eyecatching paintings which mixes elements of Impressionism with bold brushstrokes, bright colors, and modern themes sometimes inspired by old horror movies. His most recent solo show was held at Waco Works of Art in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo in October 2007 and the show was completely sold out.
